Intellectual Property Rights

All Content on the Services is protected by applicable laws and regulations regarding intellectual property rights. Provider retains all ownership rights, titles, and interests in the Content and reserves the right to modify or remove any Content at its sole discretion.

User Conduct

User agrees not to:

• Use the Services for unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to, hacking, reverse-engineering, or other forms of data breach.
• Create or distribute viruses, malware, or other malicious code that may compromise the security and stability of the Services.
• Disrupt or interfere with any server or network connected to the Services.

Registration and Security

User is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account login information (including but not limited to username, password, email address) and keeping it secure from unauthorized access.

Bonus Offers and Promotions

Bonus offers, promotions, or other incentives are subject to change, termination, or cancellation at Provider's discretion. User agrees that these terms do not create any vested rights, and Provider may modify them as needed.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fees

User understands that deposits, withdrawals, and fees associated with the Services will be governed by our deposit/withdrawal policies.

Responsible Gaming

Provider encourages responsible gaming practices and supports self-exclusion programs for users who wish to restrict their access to certain games or services. User acknowledges that they are of legal age in their jurisdiction and agrees not to use the Services while underage or intoxicated.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be governed by applicable laws, excluding any principles governing conflicts-of-law rules. By using the Services, user consents to personal jurisdiction in a court located in Curacao (the location of Provider's registered office).

Amendments to Agreement

Provider reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at its sole discretion without notice. User agrees that changes shall be binding and effective immediately upon posting.

Termination and Suspension

User acknowledges that Provider has the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate their account (and related benefits) with immediate effect for any reason deemed necessary by us. In cases of suspected fraudulent activity or non-compliance with terms and conditions, we may suspend user accounts until an investigation is completed.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Curacao without regard to its conflicts-of-law rules. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, and conducted under the Code of Ethics for Commercial Dispute Resolution.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Provider and User regarding access to Services, supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, and may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.
